Winner must be ages 18 & up. Winner must already be an existing client of Sizzor Shak Salon & Color Spa within the last year. Contestants who have left reviews in our past contests are eligible to win. Winner is required to arrange a time to pick up their prize from Sizzor Shak Salon & Color Spa within 7 days of the drawing. Entering this contest automatically gives Sizzor Shak Salon & Color Spa & Kyle Weber Photography consent to take & use winner’s name & photo (photo taken at the arranged time for the prize pick-up) for all promotional purposes (news, blogs, ads, etc.). Contest begins December 2nd, 2010 at 8:00am CST. Contest ends May 9th, 2011 at 11:59pm CST. Winner will be announced between May 10th, 2011 & May 15th, 2011.
